The Taipei International Machine Tool Show 2023, also known as TIMTOS, kicks off on March 6. The physical mega show will go for six days till March 11. More than 1,000 exhibitors from 18 countries/regions host nearly 6,200 booths across Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1 & 2 and TWTC Hall 1. With a larger scale than 2022, TIMTOS 2023 is not only an iconic event for the global machine tool industry but also the largest trade show ever recorded after Taiwan lifted all its border controls since the outbreak.

After the pandemic, the global machine tool industry and professionals from around the world are showing significant interest in TIMTOS 2023. According to the organizer TAITRA, the show’s total number of international visitor registration has exceeded 3,000 from over 80 countries/regions, which is an encouraging indicator of the recovery of both Taiwan’s machine tool industry and MICE industry in early 2023. TAITRA anticipates that TIMTOS 2023 will attract 50,000 visitors from home and abroad in six show days.
